What do the boxes include?Each box contains a combination of apparel, equipment and accessories, which will vary depending on the sport, season and your preferences. Examples of items you could find in your box include polo shirts, cycling jerseys, caps, shorts, gloves, golf balls, energy bars and chain lubricants.

How frequently will I receive a box?You can choose to either subscribe to our boxes monthly to ensure you are regularly supplied with all your sporting essentials and more, or you can choose to make one-off purchases of our boxes.

When will my box be sent?Our boxes are shipped at the end of every month, and will be delivered to you within 2 working days. Our order cut off is the 11th of each month, so be sure you get your subscription up and running before then, in order to receive your first box at the end of the month.

How do I change my subscription or delivery details?At any point you can alter your sizes, style preferences, and frequency of your subscription within our members area of the website. If you subscribe to more than one of our boxes, then all of your subscription details can be found and edited in your members area. Additionally, within the members area, you can edit your contact and delivery details at any point. Please do ensure that you keep this information up-to-date to avoid missing out. Can I cancel my subscription?You may cancel your subscription at any time within the members area. However, all cancellations must be made at least 20 working days prior to the 2nd of each month, otherwise you will still receive and be charged for your next box.

Can I return my items?Through our sizing and style preference questionnaire, we aim to ensure that every item in your box is hand-picked and perfect for you. However, in the instance of a customer being unhappy with their item, we ask that they please request for a return by emailing the details to returns@sportsbox.group From here it is up to the discretion of Sports Box Ltd as to whether or not we are able to exchange your item. Currently, we are not able to offer refunds. If we have made a mistake with your box, then we will of course rectify the situation as soon as possible, free of charge.

Do you ship outside the UK?Currently, we only ship within the UK, however we hope to expand soon, and will keep you updated with any new regions which become available.
