Subscriptions, Products and Sales
To begin a Sports Box subscription, you must enter your information on our website. All information provided to us is governed by our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep registration information current through the account page on the Website.
As a customer, you agree to receive promotional emails with special offer(s) by both Sports Box and third parties. This includes our newsletter. You may choose not to receive these emails by unsubscribing.
Postage and Packaging
As a subscriber, you will receive a shipment containing different items including, but not limited to, nutrition bars, personal care, athletic accessories, supplements, energy boosters, and apparel. Products are subject to change. Accordingly, there is no guarantee that a Product will be available during a certain time period or in a subsequent timeframe. Furthermore, use of all Products is exclusively at the customer’s risk. You expressly agree to hold harmless the Company from and against all claims, liens, damages, liabilities of any kind.
Billing and Payments
During the subscription process you will select which plan or plans you wish to order. In turn, Sports Box will deliver products to you at the frequency and price that you choose. You acknowledge that there is no guarantee to the value of products contained within your shipment.
You must register a payment instrument and authorise Sports Box to charge all amounts billed to you under this agreement, both initial and renewal, to such instrument. The registration of the payment instrument constitutes your authorisation to charge, in accordance with the terms of the applicable subscription plan until you terminate said subscription, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred. If you use the Website to purchase a Subscription, you are required to promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. All payments made are non-refundable. Any disputed charges must be reported to Sports Box within thirty (30) days after the date or the charge. If you do not receive a product, you have been charged for, please contact us at “returns@sportsbox.group”. We reserve the right to change subscription plan prices. In such event, Sports Box will provide notice of the change at least 28 days before the change is to take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.
For the sake of security, we use a third-party payment service to process credit card information. You agree that Sports Box will not be held liable for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. You acknowledge that Sports Box may switch the third-party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.
Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates. Claims of loss or damage must be reported to Sports Box within 28 days of the date of your purchase.
Replacement of Products or credit to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. If delivery verification is confirmed by the carrier, we will consider your package delivered. If a package is deemed delivered, adjustments to your account will be provided at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.
If a subscriber provides incorrect address information or fails to update their shipping address which results in a shipment being returned to our warehouse, the subscriber will be notified by our customer service team. The subscriber can either a) have the package resent at an additional shipping costs or b) opt to have the shipment partially refunded.
Returns and Refunds
Defective Products may be returned for replacement or refund. In the event that a refund is needed, please contact us at “returns@sportsbox.group”. When returning Products, it is the responsibility of the sender to take reasonable care to see that the Products are not damaged in transit and are delivered to the designated address. All refunds are subject to our return and exchange policies. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Sports Box.
Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account on the website. Membership changes and cancellations will take effect immediately for all Products that have not yet been billed to you as of the time and date of the cancellation. All products already billed at the time of the cancellation will be sent as scheduled. Exceptions to this rule will be made at the discretion of The Sports Box and are no way guaranteed.
Submitted and Shared Content
By submitting content on the Website, you grant Sports Box a perpetual, irrevocable, non-terminable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, and sublicense such materials or any part of such materials. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING IF THE PRODUCTS ARE SUITABLE FOR USE OR CONSUMPTION. SPORTS BOX IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY GUARANTEES REGARDING ALLERGIES.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of the Products or your reliance on information in any Content on this Website.
Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
